Research progress of nursing interventions for HIV/AIDS patients

综述人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)病人护理干预模式的研究进展。目前HIV感染者/AIDS病人的护理干预模式形式多样,各有利弊,且不同干预模式之间也存在重叠交叉之处,尚无最佳的临床应用方案。我国AIDS护理的发展相对滞后,相关的护理研究开展较晚,也没有形成规范的评价、认证体系,AIDS护理干预模式多参考国外的经验模式,缺乏与本土实际情况相结合,有待进行更多的研究及探索。

This article reviewed the research progress of nursing intervention model on human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.For the current modalities of the nursing intervention of HIV infection/AIDS patients,there were various forms,each had advantages and disadvantages;there were overlaps between different intervention modes.There was no optimal clinical application.The development of nursing on AIDS patients was relatively lagging in China,and the relevant nursing research carried out late,either.The standard evaluation and certification system was not formed,and the current intervention mode was referencing the experience mode from Hong Kong and Taiwan in China and foreign countries,which lack of the combination of local status.Research and exploration still needed in the future.
