探讨多层螺旋CT在结肠癌诊断中的应用

Application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer

目的对多层螺旋CT诊断应用于结肠癌患者的效果进行研究分析,为临床诊断应用提供指导参考。方法 53例结肠癌患者,使用多层螺旋CT对其进行诊断,对诊断结果进行统计分析,并与手术病理和结肠镜结果对比。结果此次病灶部位统计的结果中,有20例升结肠,占37.74%,10例横结肠,占18.87%,14例降结肠,占26.42%,9例乙状结肠,占16.98%。该结果通过手术病理和结肠镜结果对比,均证实了多层螺旋CT诊断准确。结论结肠癌患者接受多层螺旋CT诊断能够对结肠癌肿瘤位置和情况进行分析,临床应用价值比较高,值得推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with colon cancer, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and application. Methods A total of 53 patients with colon cancer were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT. The diagnostic results were statistically analyzed and compared with operative pathology and colonoscopy results. Results According to statistical results of focal location, there were 20 cases of ascending colon, accounting for 37.74%, 10 cases of transverse colon, accounting for 18.87%, 14 cases of transverse colon, accounting for 26.42%, 9 cases of sigmoid colon, accounting for 16.98%. The results were compared with the results of surgical pathology and colonoscopy, all of which confirmed the accurate diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT. Conclusion The diagnosis of colon cancer patients by multislice spiral CT can analyze the location and situation of colon cancer. It is of high clinical value and is worth popularizing and applying.
