综合护理干预对永久性肠癌术后肠造口患者的意义研究

Study on the significance of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with intestinal colostomy after permanent bowel operation

目的探讨综合护理干预对永久性肠癌术后肠造口患者的临床意义。方法 80例永久性肠癌术后肠造口患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采取综合护理,比较两组患者护理后自我形象评价、护理满意度以及下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果试验组自我形象满意度、人际关系改变、预后期望评分及自我形象总均分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对永久性肠癌术后肠造口患者采取综合护理,可以提高其对自我形象的认知度,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with intestinal colostomy after permanent bowel operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with intestinal colostomy after permanent bowel operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on self image evaluation, nursing satisfaction and occurrence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after nursing between two groups. Results The experimental group had higher self image satisfaction, interpersonal relationship change, prognosis expectation score and total self image score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction as 100.0% than 87.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had lower incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity as 2.5% than 15.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with intestinal colostomy after permanent bowel operation can improve their awareness of self-image, and it is worth clinical promoting.
