不同冷却制度对钛渣活性的影响

摘要 为获得高活性和高酸解效率的优质钛渣,研究空气中慢速冷却和打水快速冷却方式对钛渣活性的影响。借助XRD和SEM分析,考察了不同冷却制度下钛渣物相组成和微观结构。结果表明,空气中慢速冷却过程促进黑钛石微晶的生长,有利于Ti元素的富集,而快速冷却会加速玻璃相形成,没有足够时间让黑钛石微晶长大导致钛渣活性降低。 In order to obtain high activity and high acid solution efficiency of titanium slag,we studied the effect of slow cooling in the air and rapid cooling by water on the activity of titanium slag. The effects of different cooling systems on the composition and microstructure of titanium slag were investigated by using XRD and SEM techniques. The results show that the slow cooling process accelerates the growth of the anosovite microcrystal,and promotes the enrichment of Ti element. But the rapid cooling can accelerate the formation of glass phase,and there is not enough time to get the anosovite microcrystal growth,which resulted in the decrease of the activity of titanium slag.
