摘要
以高速卷绕机传动轴作为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench系统对传动轴在无约束自由状态和约束状态下进行有限元模态仿真,得到传动轴模态频率和模态振型。采用自由实验模态分析结果对建立的模型进行验证,得到传动轴固有频率,发现其一阶固有频率为26.66Hz,与卡盘轴一阶临界转速为1 500r/min时的频率(25Hz)接近。为避免传动轴发生共振,通过优化传动轴结构修改其动力特性,将传动轴固有频率调整为41.33 Hz。研究结果为解决高速卷绕机动平衡问题、控制传动轴振动、提高传动性能提供了理论依据。
Taking the transmission shaft of high speed winding machine as the object of study,the finite element modal simulation of the drive shaft in unconstrained free state and constrained state is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The modal frequencies and mode shapes of the drive shaft are obtained.According to the results of experimental modal analysis,the model is verified correctly,and the natural frequency of the transmission shaft is gotten,a step natural frequency is 26.66 Hz,and the chuck axis the first critical speed(1 500 r/min,25 Hz)is close to.In order to avoid resonance,the natural frequency of the drive shaft is adjusted to 41.33 Hz by optimizing the transmission shaft structure and modifying the dynamic characteristics of the transmission shaft.This will lay the foundation and theoretical basis for studying the dynamic balancing problem of high speed winding,controlling vibration and improving performance.
