摘要 目的探讨多学科综合教学(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)联合案例讨论教学法(case-based learning,CBL)教学在神经外科规培医师教学中的应用效果。方法将96名规培医师随机分为4组,A组MDT+CBL教学组,B组MDT教学组,C组CBL教学组,D组传统教学组,每组24人。教学结束后分别以"出科考试"及"问卷调查"方式评估4组教学效果。结果无论是出科考试成绩还是问卷调查结果,A组成绩均高于B、C、D三组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过课题组的教学改革,在神经外科规培医师的教学过程中,MDT联合CBL的教学方式能够更好地调动其学习积极性,加深知识印象,提高规培医师综合素质。 Objective To explore the application results of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in neurosurgical standardized training of physicians.Methods We randomly divided 96 students into 4 groups:MDT+CBL teaching group(group A),MDT teaching(group B),CBL group(group C),and traditional teaching group(group D),each group having 24 students.At the end of teaching an examination and a questionnaire-based survey were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness in the four groups.Results Group A had significantly higher scores than groups B,C and D in both the examination score and the results of the survey(P<0.05).Conclusion After the teaching reform of our research group,in the process of neurosurgical standardized training of physicians,MDT combined with CBL teaching method can better mobilize the students' enthusiasm in learning,help them deepen knowledge acquisition,and improve their comprehensive quality.
