摘要
利用计算流体力学软件Star CCM+对国内某款重型卡车的进气扁管进行仿真计算。建立具有直通旋流管式预滤器结构的进气扁管分析构型、去旋流进气扁管构型和两种防水结构进气扁管构型,并对四种构型进行CFD流阻计算,得出旋流管和防水结构对进气阻力的影响,同时计算得出水分离效率,用来指导设计工作。
Using the computational fluid mechanics software Star CCM + to carry out the simulation calculation of the intake flat tube of a domestic heavy truck. To build the inlet configuration with centrifugal swirl tube、 the inlet configuration without centrifugal swirl tube、the two inlet configuration with water removal separator. CFD flow resistance is calculated for the above four types of configurations. It is concluded that influence law of centrifugal swirl tube and water removal devices. At the same time water removal efficiency will also be calculated by CFD,which can guide the design process.
