摘要
轻量化设计是实现汽车节能减排的重要途径,为促进整车轻量化的发展,研究对国内外整车轻量化的技术现状进行了分析,分别从结构、材料、工艺等方面介绍了轻量化方法,重点阐述了结构优化,轻量化材料及先进制造工艺技术在整车轻量化方面的应用,同时提出了一条全新的整车轻量化技术路线,为整车的轻量化发展提供了技术支持。
Lightweight design is an important way to realize the energy-saving and emission reduction of automobile. In order to promote the development of the lightweight, this paper analyzed the current situation of the vehicle lightweight at home and abroad, and introduced respectively the Lightweight method in terms of the structure, materials and manufacturing technology, focusing on elaborating the applications about the structure optimization, lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing, and putting forward a new vehicle lightweight technology method,which provided technical support for the vehicle's lightweight development.
