摘要
针对侧面碰撞在我国交通事故中占比大、高死亡率等问题,采用计算机仿真的方法研究侧气囊对乘员的保护效果。依据相关数据及气囊的仿真理论,在MADYMO中建立侧面碰撞驾驶员侧侧气囊仿真约束系统并通过正交试验对其优化,得出侧碰中假人胸部肋骨形变量曲线。仿真曲线表明,侧气囊在汽车侧面碰撞中对假人胸部保护效果较好,为侧气囊的应用提供一种科学的依据。
Aiming at the problem of side crash in China's traffic accidents, high mortality rate and so on, the computer simulation method is used to study the protective effect of side airbags on occupants. According to the relevant data and the simulation theory of airbag, the side impact controller of the side impact vehicle is established in MADYMO and the orthogonal curve is optimized by orthogonal experiment. The simulation results show that the side airbag has better protective effect on the chest of the car in the side collision of the car, and provides a scientific basis for the application of the side airbag.
