摘要
齿轮齿条式转向器所对应的转向梯形比较特殊,其齿条可以近似看成转向梯形中的横拉杆,并且只能够作横向移动。其结构介于整体式转向梯形和断开式转向梯形之间,所以在对转向梯形进行设计与校核时,也就显得比较特殊,因此运用试验的方法对转向车轮的转角进行测量,再运用CAD软件和MATLAB软件绘制转角特性曲线图并进行校核。
The steering trapezoid of the rack and pinion steering gear is special. Its rack can be approximated as a transverse rod in the steering trapezoid, and can only be used for horizontal movement. The structure of it is between Ackerman steering trapezium and divided steering linkage, so in the design and check of the steering trapezoid, it is very special, so use the test method to measure the rotation angle of the steering wheel, and then use CAD software and MATLAB software to draw a turn angle curve and check.
