摘要
文章对某汽车空调性能不足的问题开展分析及改进,通过对前舱热流场的仿真分析,增加水箱与冷凝器间密封及增加导风板措施,怠速工况冷凝器前端进风量16.9%,经试验验证,冷凝器进风温度降低了31℃,驾驶室平均温度降低了5℃,系统压力平稳,显著提升空调系统怠速性能及可靠性。
In this paper, the problem of insufficient of automobile air conditioning performance analysis and improvement, through to the front heat flow field simulation analysis, increase water tank between the condenser and sealing and measures to increase the wind deflector, idle speed condition of the condenser front 16.9% into the air, it has been verified by experiment that the condenser inlet air temperature reduces the 31 ℃, the average temperature of the cab to reduce the 5 ℃, smooth the system pressure, idle speed significantly increased air conditioning system performance and reliability.
