摘要
随着国家对车辆的安全性,燃油经济性要求的日益提高,汽车白车身占车重的30%左右,车身轻量化,提高刚性从车身本身入手。高强度钢板(HSS)的使用正好符合此要求。随着高强刚的使用,回弹量大大增加,尺寸精度达成难度增加。文章通过某项目U形梁的分析,验证技术的可行性。
With the safety of vehicles and the increasing demand of fuel economy, the automobile white body makes up abou30% of the weight of the car, the body is lightweight, and the rigidity can be improved from the body itself. High strengthsteel plate (HSS) is used to meet this requirement. With the use of the high strength, the amount of rebound is greatlyincreased and the dimension accuracy is increased. Through the analysis of the u-shaped beam of a project, the feasibility othe technology is verified.
