摘要 为了适应新商用车型的开发及顾客的要求,以原某款商用车型转向系统为基础,研发新的力特性曲线的助力转向器,使转向系统输出满足属性要求。该车型属性要求是原地及低速的工况下,方向盘手力较轻,同时中高速工况与原车型基本相同。文章详细介绍了通过优化转向器力特性曲线达到属性目标的整个过程。 In order to adapt to the development of new commercial models and customers’ requirements, developing a new boost curve for the power steering based on the original commercial vehicle steering system, so that the output of steering system meets the requirements of the property. The requirements are that the steering effort is light in parking and low speed, and high-speed condition is same as the original commercial vehicles on the whole. This paper describes the whole process of optimizing the steering boost curve to achieve the target in detail.
