体外冲击波对慢性脑卒中病人手腕和手指痉挛的疗效研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察体外冲击波对慢性卒中病人手腕和手指痉挛的长期影响以及功能活动。方法 40例病人随机分为两组。观察组每周接受1次体外冲击波连续3周;对照组每周接受一次假手术体外冲击波连续3周。两组在治疗前、治疗后即刻及治疗后1周、4周/8周/12周采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、上肢手腕和手部分Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)进行评定。结果与对照组相比,治疗后观察组手指和手腕的痉挛程度均显著减少(P<0.05),并持续至少12周。手腕和手的功能也有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论ESWT可能有助于减少手指和手腕的痉挛状态,并增强慢性中风病人的手腕控制和手的功能。
