基于珠三角地区外向型经济需求的商务英语人才培养研究

Research on Business English Talent Cultivation Based on the Needs of Outward-Oriented Economy in the Pearl River Delta

本研究基于需求分析理论,以服务珠三角地区的经济发展为导向,以《高等学校商务英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》为依据,通过对珠三角地区涉外企事业单位对商务英语人才的需求进行调研,探讨符合珠三角地区外向型经济发展需求的商务英语课程体系建设和人才培养模式,并基于调查结果,就跨学科的商务英语课程体系建设、复合型师资队伍建设、教学方法和教学手段改革以及实训教学方法和实训激励机制等方面提出了较为具体的建议。

Under the guidance of the National Standard for the Quality of Undergraduate Teaching of Business English Major and based on needs analysis theories,the author conducts a survey on the needs of foreign-related enterprises and institutions in the Pearl River Delta region and explores the construction of Business English curriculum and talent cultivation model in order to better serve the outward-oriented economic development of the Pearl River Delta.Based on the survey results,more specific suggestions are put forward on developing interdisciplinary business English curriculum system,building multi-disciplinary teaching team,reforming the teaching methods and means,as well as improving practical training and incentive mechanisms.
