两岸关系新形势下经贸合作的新思路——基于“一带一路”倡议

New Ideas of Economic and Trade Cooperation in the New Situation of Cross-Straits Relations——An Analysis Based on “the Belt and Road”Initiative

自大陆2001年"入世"以来,两岸经贸合作一直稳步发展,特别是2010年ECFA的签订使得两岸经贸合作的范围和程度快速扩展。然而由于两岸关系的变迁,两岸经贸往来也常常在制度面上受到影响。随着"一带一路"倡议的落地实施,两岸经贸合作面临着新的契机。当前两岸应当在贸易往来、文化交流、金融合作、直接投资等方面探索合作的新模式,并在"一带一路"倡议的背景下,从制度面上探索两岸经贸合作的长效机制。

Since China joined the WTO in 2 0 0 1 , the cross - Straits economic and trade cooperation has beendeveloping steadily. The signing of ECFA in 2 0 1 0 witnessed a rapid expansion of the cross-Straits economic and tradecooperation in both its scope and degree. However,due to the changing of the cross-Straits relations,cross-Straitseconomic and trade exchanges are often influenced by systems. With the implementation of “ the Belt and Road”Initiative, the cross-Straits economic and trade cooperation is facing new opportunities. At present,both sides of theStraits should explore new modes of cooperation in trade, cultural exchanges, financial cooperation, directinvestment,etc. and a long-term mechanism of cross-Straits economic and trade cooperation in systems in thebackground of “the Belt and Road” Initiative.
