摘要
发展电动汽车产业是国家战略,是国家"十三五"新兴产业规划重点。充电设施的数量、分布和服务水平直接影响到电动汽车产业的发展速度和质量,目前充电设施建设低于预期和规划目标、滞后于电动汽车市场。1.基于充电设施产业发展现状,分析确定以电网公司为主体构建充电设施互联网运营平台;2.运用"商业模式画布"法,设计以线下充电设施和线上互联网运营平台为载体的"充电设施+互联网"商业模式,该模式分为三个阶段:充电服务阶段、社交商务阶段和智能集成阶段;3.以"数据资产"和"商业生态圈"吸引资本投入充电设施建设乃至电动汽车产业,同时发展和完善了"生态圈";4.最后探究了发展该商业模式的具体路径。
Developing electrical vehicle industry is a national strategy as well as a key project of China′s 13 th Five-Year Plan for the emerging industries.The number,distribution and service level of charging facilities have a direct impact on the development of electrical vehicle industry,whereas the construction of charging facilities fails to meet the preset and scheduled goal,and lags behind the development of electrical vehicle market.Considering the aforesaid fact,this paper aims to analyze the feasibility of building an Internet operation platform of charging facilities led by power grid corporation.By applying the Business Model Canvas method,an "Internet+ Charging facilities" business model,which combines offline charging facilities and online internet operation platform,is designed.This proposed business model consists of three stages:the charging service stage,the business-SNS stage and the intelligent integration stage.Data assets and business ecosphere are employed to attract investment in the construction of charging facilities and in the whole electrical vehicle industry,which in turn helps develop and perfect the ecosphere in the meantime.Finally,this paper also explores a specific path for the development of the proposed business model.
