试论我国高等教育的部分产业化

On the Regulated Development of the Partial Industrialization of Our Higher Education

由于我国高等教育的公益性质,高等教育产业化在理论层面一直存在争论和分歧,有不能产业化、部分产业化和完全产业化之争。然而在现实层面,高等院校已经通过民办高校、独立院校、基金会、校办(属)产业等途径走在部分产业化的道路上。我们不能无视或否认现在高等教育部分产业化的客观事实,而应通过理顺关系、扩大高校办学自主权、加强产学研结合等方式,促进高等教育部分产业化的有序发展。

Due to the public welfare nature of higher education in our country,the industrialization of higher education has been debated and divided at the theoretical level.Different opinions include:the higher education cannot be industrialized,it can be partially industrialized,or it can be completely industrialized. However,the universities have appeared to be on the direction of industrialization through private colleges,independent institutions,foundations,school-run industry and other means at the realistic level.We cannot ignore or deny the objective facts of the industrialization of higher education,but should strengthen the guidance,standardize the management and promote the orderly development of the industrialization of higher education.
