民族地区全科小学教师实习模式的构建探究

摘要 教育实习对培养师范生从事教育教学工作、提高教学基本技能、巩固专业思想、获得实践性知识有重要作用,也是高师院校检验教学质量、弥补原有模式不足、培养合格全科教师的必要措施。民族地区院校培养合格全科小学教师的实习"全程化"模式需在四年持续不断地进行,分为四个时期:大一是师范生对教师职业的初步认识时期,大二是对课堂教学的系统练习时期,大三是实践知识增长时期,大四是遗留问题的解决时期。 Educational practice plays an important role in cultivating normal university students to engage in education and teaching,improving basic teaching skills, solidifying professional ideas and acquiring experienced knowledge. It is also the necessary measure for normal universities to examine the quality of education, make up for the deficiencies of previous pattern and train the qualified comprehensive primary school teachers. In order to cultivate eligible teachers, the national normal universities need to carry out"fullprocess"internship pattern in four years. For the normal university students, the study can be divided into four periods. First, freshman year, it is the preliminary time to know about teaching profession. Second, sophomore year, it is the practice time to handle with the system of classroom teaching. Third, junior year, it is the growing time to increase the practical knowledge. Last, senior year, it is the obbligato time to solve the remaining problems.
