摘要 高校幼儿教师的职前增养面临提升教育理念、重视人文素养、注重自主学习和实践创新等方面的社会诉求。同时,结合西部农村幼儿教师的专业发展现状,从高校宏观层面和微观层面学院两个角度出发,阐述了促进农村幼儿教师专业发展的职前培养之道。当然,政府层面对农村教师专业发展的影响也是不可忽视的。 Kindergarteners cultivation in the universities is faced with the social requirements,which are promoting education concept,emphasizing on the humanities, paying attention to autonomous learning and practice innovation. At the same time, with the current situation of kindergarteners’ professional development in the countryside of western China, this paper states the training way to promote the development of rural kindergarteners mainly from the two respects of school management and schools of colleges or universities. Meanwhile, the government’s impact on the professional development of kindergarteners also cannot be ignored.
