民族地区社会治理的文化资源分析——以甘肃文县白马藏族为例

Governance Study in Ethnic Minority Area based on the Cultural Resources Analysis——Take Baima Tibetan of Wenxian County in Gansu as an Example

国内外关于相关治理研究为我国民族地区社会治理提供了理论与实践的基础,白马藏族的研究为我们展示了一个鲜活的基层社会全貌。国内有许多学者从事社会治理和白马藏族社会的研究,而从文化视角去研究民族地区社会治理问题的仍比较少。以白马藏族社会的文化资源为切入点,以期为民族地区社会治理研究提供一定的学术价值与实践价值。

Studies on governance at home and abroad laid a foundation for the governance theoretically and practically in ethnic minority area in our country, while the study on Baima Tibetan demonstrates a vivid panorama of the grass-root society. There are plentiful domestic results on governance and Baima Tibetan society, however, study on ethnic governance is on the lowest rung of the academic course, specifically the Baima Tibetan has not been studied from the perspective of governance, there are even fewer studies on ethnic minority area from the perspective of culture. Exactly analyzing the cultural resources referring the governance for Baima Tibetan with the command of the current related studies, the paper aims to be valuable with some weight both academically and practically for the governance study in ethnic minority area.
