摘要
目前,外伤、感染、肿瘤等疾病所导致的骨缺损的治疗仍是临床上急需解决的问题。传统自体骨移植是治疗局部骨缺损的金标准,但存在供骨区并发症及数量有限等缺点。而异体骨移植则存在排异和传染疾病等缺点。因此研究者利用组织工程技术,从结构和功能上模拟天然骨膜,从而修复骨缺损。本文对组织工程骨膜技术及其在治疗骨缺损中的应用进展进行综述。
At present,the clinical therapy of bone defects caused by trauma, infection, tumors and other diseases undergoes great challenges. The traditional autologous bone transplantation is the gold standard for the treatment of local bone defects, but there are some shortcomings such as the donor site complications and the shortage of donors. And the allogeneic bone transplantation are also unable to meet the clinical needs because of rejection reaction and infection. Therefore, researchers use tissue engineering techniques to structurally and functionally mimic natural periosteum to repair bone defects. This article reviews the tissue engineering periosteal technology and its application in the treatment of bone defects.
