H型钢轧辊失效模式分析与涂层材料的设计研究

摘要 分析了轧辊失效原因和预防措施,论述了涂层材料对轧辊性能改善的作用。轧辊涂层材料的设计应考虑涂层材料特性、涂层结构、涂层合金元素及配比、涂层材料的制备方法等对轧辊性能的影响。采用超音速喷涂法制备的碳化钨涂层材料与轧辊基体结合优良,H型钢产量提高了30%,达到92 689 t/月。 The causes of rolling failure and preventive measures are analyzed, and the improvement effect of coating material on rolling performance is discussed. The influence of characteristics of coating material, coating structure,coating alloy elements and their ratio, and preparation methods of coating material on rolling performance should be considered in the design of rolling coating material. The tungsten carbide coating material prepared by supersonic spraying method has excellent combination with roller matrix, and the output of H steel has been increased by 30%,reaching 92 689 t/months.
