摘要
为解决铅系统氧化锌烟尘长期堆存、资金占用量大的问题,将氧化锌烟尘、焙砂作为预中和的中和剂进行了对比试验研究。结果表明:氧化锌烟尘与焙砂相比,氧化锌烟尘作为中和剂具有单耗低、渣率低的优势,但由于其使用过程中会引入较多的F、Cl,因此工艺流程中必须采用有效地脱除F、Cl技术后,氧化锌烟尘才作为中和剂投入锌冶炼生产中是可行的。
To solve the long-term storage problem and occupation of fund of zinc oxide dust in lead system, zinc oxide dust and calcine are taken as neutralizer in test research of pre-neutralization. The results showed that compared to calcine, as neutralizing agent, zinc oxide dust has the advantages of low consumption, low rate of slag. However, more F and Cl will be introduced in the process of use. Therefore, with effective removal technology of F, Cl in the process,it is feasible for taking zinc oxide dust as a neutralizer inputs in the production of zinc smelting.
