摘要
针对镁基脱硫剂铁水炉外的脱硫工艺进行研究,对工业生产的铁水预处理中使用Mg/CaO复合脱硫处理的脱硫数据进行分析。研究表明:脱硫效果取决于铁水初始硫含量、Mg占脱硫剂比率、粉剂喷吹速率等因素,而且与其呈成正比的关系。
The desulphurization process of magnesium based desulfurizer in hot metal furnace is studied. The industrial production data of Mg/CaO compound desulfurization used in the pretreatment of the molten iron is analyzed. It can be seen that the desulfurization effect depends on the sulfur content of hot metal desulfurization ratio,initial Mg powder injection rate and so on,and is proportional to the relationship.
