Energy Saving Measures and Practice Case Analysis of Steel Rolling System

基于对蓄热式燃烧、热送热装、涂料、黑体强化辐射传热、变频调速技术以及合理利用煤气资源的分析,结合近年来柳钢中板厂节能措施和技术在实际中的实施情况,指出了柳钢中板厂在今后的发展中应选择的节能方向及对应策略,并以此为其他轧钢企业提供节能降耗方面的参考。

Based on regenerative combustion, hot delivery and hot charging, coating, reinforced blackbody radiation and heat transfer, frequency conversion technology and analysis of rational utilization of coal gas resources, combined with the practice implementation of energy-saving measures and technology of Liuzhou Steel in recent years, this paper points out the future direction and corresponding strategy of energy saving in medium plate mill of Liuzhou Steel to provide reference for energy saving of steel rolling enterprises.
