上海科技系统干部培训课程设计探讨

摘要 为了更好贯彻落实国家创新驱动发展战略,支撑服务上海建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心,必须在科技系统干部培训上有所建树以此来促进本市科技系统干部队伍建设的科学化、规范化、制度化,使得科技干部能在思想、素质、创新性、工作能力等方面紧跟时代发展步伐,不断提升。本文以上海XX干部学院为例,从课程内容设计到课程形式再到特色培训课程,浅谈作为上海科技系统干部培训的基地如何坚持以人为本、创新驱动,深入推进专业化、社会化、国际化发展,加快科技创新管理人才培养和科技管理干部队伍建设,努力造就一支"信念坚定、为民服务、勤政务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁"的干部队伍,为科技和人才支撑引领经济社会发展做出应有贡献。 In order to carry out the national innovation-driven development strategy and to support shanghai to become the science and technology center with global influence, government and related departments should make some contributions on science and technology cadre training, which will promote shanghai’s science and technology cadre team to become scientization,normalization and institutionalization. Except that to focus on cadre training will also help related cadres to follow up the development of times and promote themselves on ideas, competency, and innovation and so on. This thesis chooses one of Shanghai cadre training institute as an example, from course content, course forms and feature courses three parts to discuss how to establish a course insisting on people oriented and innovation-driven as the base of shanghai science and technology cadre training. What’s more, how this institute to carry forward professionalization, socialization and internationalization will also help to speed up the cultivation of science and technology management talents and to construct their teams. All in all, all those measures are not only to build up a quali? ed cadre team, but also to support science and technology and talents to contribute to our society.
