介绍无锡市住院医师规范化培训结业临床技能考核的主要做法,即结业临床技能考核的组织管理架构,考核题库的建立,考核流程、内容,考核结束后分析反馈机制的建立。合理开展结业临床技能考核,是提高住院医师规范化培训质量的重要保障。
Graduation examination of resident standardization training in wuxi city, introduces main methods, namely the graduation examination organization management structure, the establishment of examination question bank, examination process, content and evaluation after establishing feedback mechanisms. It is an important guarantee to improve the standardized training quality of resident doctors.
