目的:按照"保基本、强基层、建机制"的医改模式,全国推行分级诊疗,取得了可喜成绩,本文通过基层医疗机构调研,探索医疗体制改革大形势下,如何务实推进各项工作。方法:通过新农合住院患者相关数据分析,了解分级诊疗实施情况。结果:新农合基金补偿方式,对推行分级诊疗起到了积极推动作用。

Purpose:In accordance to the"ensure the foundation,enhance the basic level,establish the mechanism"health care reform model,nationwide implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment has made gratifying achievements.Through investigate the primary health care institutions,this article explore how to coordinate all efforts to advance all kinds of works under the great situation of the medical system reform.Method:Through the analysis of NCMS patients relevant data to acquaintance the implementation of grading treatment.Conclusion:NCMS fund compensation method play a positive role in promoting the implementation of grading clinics.
