摘要
C/C复合材料作为高温结构材料,高温易氧化的缺点限制了其在航空航天领域的应用。涂层法是解决该材料高温易氧化的有效手段。主要介绍了C/C复合材料等离子喷涂含MoSi_2高温抗氧化涂层的原理、发展情况及研究现状,并且提出了等离子喷涂在当前制备含MoSi_2高温抗氧化涂层研究中存在的问题和今后潜在的发展方向。
The oxidation of carbon/carbon(C/C)composites limits their applications as the high-temperature structural materials in aerospace fields.Coating is an effective method for protecting C/C composites against oxidation at high temperature.The principle and development of plasma spraying,and the research status of MoSi2 hightemperature anti-oxidation coating for C/C composites were mainly reviewed.The present problems and the potential development direction of coatings were also proposed.
