摘要
以高温固相法制备铕离子(Eu^(3+))掺杂硼酸盐红色荧光粉Sr_3La_2(BO_3)_4∶Eu^(3+),用X衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)研究了荧光粉的结构和表面形貌,测定了其在近紫外光激发下的发光特征。研究结果表明,焙烧温度为1000℃,保温时间为5h,Eu3+摩尔掺杂分数为7.5%时,荧光粉具有较强的发光强度;以394nm的紫外光激发,荧光粉最强发射为波长618nm的红光,为Eu^(3+)的5 D0→7F2的电偶极跃迁,计算其色坐标为x=0.65,y=0.35。
The red-emitting phosphor Sr3La2(BO3)4∶Eu^3+ was prepared by high temperature solid state reaction.Their structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM).Their photoluminescent properties under UV excitation were investigated by luminescence spectra.A set of optimized process parameters(the calcination temperature at 1000℃,calcination time for 5 h,7.5 mol% Eu^3+ doping concentrations)can improve the luminescent properties.In its emission spectrum,the strongest peak at 618 nm correlating to red emission was ascribed to the forced electric dipole transition 5 D0→7 F2 of Eu^3+ ions.Its chromaticity coordinates(CIE)were calculated to be x=0.65,y=0.35.
