摘要
以纤维素和聚乙烯为支撑材料,月桂酸和十四醇低共熔物为相变材料,利用纤维素吸附月桂酸和十四醇低共熔物,制备了十四醇-月桂酸/纤维素/高密度聚乙烯复合相变材料。通过力学性能、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热和热重分析研究了材料的性能。结果表明:纤维素对低共熔物的最大吸附量为61%,高密度聚乙烯含量为50%时,纤维素的力学和相变性能最佳,此时纤维素的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度分别为11.3MPa、12.1MPa和3.4kJ/m2。相变温度为25.13℃,相变焓为30.03J/g。通过热循环实验,表明相变材料具有良好的热可靠性。
The preparation of a novel form-stable phase change material(PCM)by incorporation of the eutectic mixture of tetradecanol and lauric acid within the hydroxylpropyl methyl cellulose,form-stable phase change energy storage material was prepared with high density polyethylene/hydroxylpropyl methyl cellulose as support material,and the eutectic mixture of tetradecanol and lauric acid as phase change materials.The properties were studied by fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy,tensile and flexural testing,differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscopy and thermogravity analysis.The results revealed that the eutectic mixture of tetradecanol and lauric acid could be retained by 61%into hydroxylpropyl methyl cellulose without melted PCM seepage from the composite.When the amount of HDPE was 50%,the combination properties of material showed good.The tensile strength was 11.3 MPa and the flexural strength was 12.1 MPa,the impact strength was 3.4 kJ/m-2,the phase change temperatures was25.13℃and enthalpy of phase change was 30.03 J/g.By clycling experiment,the materials showed good thermal reliability.
