摘要
以硝酸钴、尿素、氟化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为原料,泡沫镍为基底,通过水热-热分解法在不同水热反应时间(10、12、14和16h)下制备了花瓣状组织与花状结构的Co_3O_4,通过X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了Co_3O_4的组成及形貌,并测试了Co_3O_4的电化学性能。结果表明,不同水热时间下制得的Co_3O_4均表现出明显的赝电容特性,随着水热反应时间由10h延长至16h,Co_3O_4的比电容先升高后降低,且在14h达到最高值267.1F/g。
Co3O(4 )were prepared on Ni substrate by hydrothermal-decomposition method,with cobalt nitrate,urea,ammonium fluoride and CTAB as raw materials under different hydrothermal time(10h,12h,14h,and 16h).The composition and morphologies of Co3O(4 )were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the electrochemical properties were also performed.The results showed that Co3O(4 ) particles obtained under different hydrothermal times had pseudocapacitance behavior.And with the increasing of hydrothermal reaction time from 10hto 16h,the specific capacitance increased at first and decreased subsequently and reached to the biggest of 267.1F/g at the hydrothermal reaction time of 14h.
