摘要
采用固相法制备了稀土元素La、Nd和Y掺杂的NASICON型Na_(3+x)Zr_(2-x )M_xSi_2PO_(12)钠离子固体电解质材料,并探讨了La、Nd和Y的掺杂对NASICON材料致密性和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:相同比例掺杂情况下,La、Nd和Y的掺杂均能改善NASICON材料的致密程度,并表现出良好的电化学性能,其中La掺杂的固体电解质材料离子电导率最佳,室温下总离子电导率可达到(1.09×10^(-3))S/cm。
The solid state method was used to prepare NASICON Na(3+x)Zr(2-x )MxSi2PO(12 )sodium ion solid electrolyte materials doped rare-earth elements La,Nd and Y,and to explore the effects of La,Nd and Y doping on the density and electrochemical properties of NASICON materials.The experimental results showed that the ratio was the same as the doping,the doping of La,Nd and Y can improve the density of NASICON materials,and can exhibit well electrochemical performance,which La doped solid electrolyte performed the best ionic conductivity.It can reach(1.09×10^-3)S/cm at room temperature.
