高性能水性聚氨酯纳米氧化锡锑-TiO_2透明隔热涂层的制备与表征 被引量:4

摘要 将纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)、纳米TiO_2、水性聚氨酯和一些助剂以一定配比混合制备得到性能十分优秀的水性透明隔热涂料,并研究了不同ATO/TiO_2配比对透明隔热涂料性能的影响。结果表明:ATO∶TiO_2的最佳值为10∶1(体积比,下同),此时,涂层既能保持良好的透光率,又能阻隔紫外线和红外线。涂层的最佳厚度为50μm,此时的可见光透光率为69%,隔热温差为9℃。并且ATO∶TiO_2=10∶1时,所制聚氨酯透明隔热涂料的耐候性以及各项力学性能也非常出色,具有广阔的实际应用前景。 A water-soluble transparent and thermal insulating coating was obtained by composing in certain ratio of ATO,TiO2,water-soluble polyurethane and some additives.The effect of ATO/TiO(2 )ratio on the properties of coating was tested by analyzing various different experimental data.It was found that the best ratio of ATO∶TiO(2 )was10∶1,the coating with this ATO/TiO2ratio can both maintain good transmittance and block UV and IR light.The most suitable thickness for this coating was 50μm,the properties of coating in this thickness perform well,with transmittance 69%and thermal insulating temperature difference 9℃.Moreover,the polyurethane coating with ATO∶TiO2=10∶1(coating thickness 50μm)owned good weather resistance and mechanical properties.In this way,this coating possessed substantial practical application prospects.
