摘要 在中国人口红利时代逐渐消失的今天,每一个学生个体都是中国社会未来的重要组成部分。中国教育应该慢下来,从注重速度到注重质量,从注重教育竞争到注重教育过程,回归有品位的教育范式,培养有质量、有品位、有担当的公民。教育的慢哲学,强调给学生提供更广阔、更宽松、更自由的学习空间和发展空间。教育的慢哲学有以下构成:教育中快速的价值并不一定高于缓慢;教育本身并不追求快速,教育自身的客观规律决定了教育就是一种慢的事业,而这种慢并不等同于低效;教育需要积累的时间和空间;教育需要坚守自己的经典品味,不能过度媚俗。教育的慢哲学致力于追求有品位和有精神层次的教育,而不是廉价的快餐式的工业化教育。 Nowadays, with the fading away of demographic dividend, each student will be an important member of the future China's society. In view of this,China's education should slow down, changing the focus from speed to quality and from educational competition to educational process, so as to realize the excellent educational paradigm that cultivates high-quality, responsible citizens with good taste. Slow philosophy of education stresses that we should provide students with a wider, looser, and freer learning and development space. And it consists of the following contents: in education, the value acquired by seeking for speed is not necessarily higher than the value acquired by seeking for slowness; education itself is not in pursuit of speed and the objective law of education determines that education is a kind of slow undertaking, which, however, can't be equated with low efficiency; education needs time and space for its accumulation; education should maintain its classic position, and cannot become overly vulgar. What slow philosophy seeks is the elegant education at the spiritual level, but not the cheap industrialized education with the fast-food style.
