摘要
从复杂性科学理论的角度来看,教师与学生并没有建立起明确的、线性的认知对应关系,两者的相互理解呈现不规则运动和突变的可能,而学生管理作为学校管理体制的一部分,具有现代科层制的表现,其秩序运行的初始条件中包含着可能导致巨大结果差异的初始敏感因素,学生管理过程的不可重复、不可逆特征加大了管理难度。基于复杂性科学理论的学生管理工作要求教师顺应复杂性系统的动态涨落特征,实现学生管理的自组织进化,通过挖掘和防范初始敏感因素排除学生管理忧患,构建确定性与随机性相结合的学生管理方式。
From the perspective of complex science, a definite, linear corresponding relationship between teachers' and students' cognition hasn't been established, and there is a possibility of random motion and sudden change in their mutual understanding. As a part of school administration system, student administration has some features of modem bureaucracy, The initial condition for the function of administration work includes initial sensitive factors that may cause huge outcome differences. Traits like unrepeatability and irreversibility in the administration process of students increase the difficulty for the administration work. The student administration based on the complex science requires the teachers to comply with the fluctuation feature of complex science, and realize the evolution of self-organization. And teachers also need to exclude worries by exploring and preventing initial sensitive factors, and build a kind of administration method featuring the combination of certainty and randomness.
