摘要
作为知识分子的教师教育者需要有对教育意义的承诺,以实现教师教育品质的提升。在专业化的过程中,教师教育者日渐塑造为教育知识的传授者与教学技能的培训者。虽然这样的专业角色能够完成现有的教师教育工作,却忽视了教育意义的探究。重新唤醒教育意义,需要教师教育者回归知识分子的形象。具体而言,教师教育者成为知识分子需要继承教育人文传统,不断阐释与守护历史经验中的教育意义,同时要主动融入教育变革的行动中,创造具有时代精神的教育意义。
In order to enhance the inner quality of teacher education, teacher educators need to make a commitment of educational significance. In the process of teacher's specialization, teacher educators are shaped as transfers of knowledge and trainers of teaching skills. The specialized teacher educator can finish their jobs, however, they ignore the educational significance. In order to awaken the significance of education, it' s necessary for the teacher educators to return to the image of intellectuals. Specially, teacher educators need to inherit the educational tradition and constantly explaining and defending the educational significance of historical experience. Meantime, they need to integrate into the action of educational change and create educational significance consistent with the spirit of the age.
