监督执纪"四种形态"是对中共十八大以来全面从严治党实践的科学总结,是对管党治党规律的深刻把握。运用"四种形态",是推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的必然选择。"四种形态"在铁路公安纪检监察工作的实践中取得了一定成果,也存在一些问题,应当不断深化认识,提高政治站位,坚持对风险问题抓早抓小,形成制度。

The ＂four forms＂ of discipline inspection is a scientific generalization of the practice of strictly running the Party since the 18th National Congress of CPC. It＇ s also the profound mastery of the rule of managing and governing the Party. The use of ＂four forms＂ is a necessary choice for promoting the strict running of the Party. It has made some achievement in the discipline inspection of railway policing, but it has some problems. So we have to intensify our cognition, raise our political level, solve problems early and form perfect systems.
