消糜逆瘤方治疗疣状胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变随机平行对照研究

A Randomzed parallel control study of Xiaomi Niliu Decoction in the treatment of Verrucosa Gastritis with Low grade intraepithelial neoplasia

[目的]观察消糜逆瘤方治疗疣状胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将42例住院及门诊患者按随机数表法随机分两组。对照组21例胃复春片,4片/次,3次/d。治疗组21例消糜逆瘤方(太子参、炙黄芪各10g,炒白术、茯苓各15g,半夏10g,黄连3g,蒲黄、五灵脂、丹参各10g,鸡血藤15g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜、症状评分、病理、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。胃镜疗效、病理学疗效治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]消糜逆瘤方治疗疣状胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaomi Niliu decoction in the treatment of Verrucosa Gastritis with Low grade intraepithelial neoplasia. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 42 cases of hospitalized patients and outpatient were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 21 patients take Weifuchun tablet, 4 tablets each time, 3 times/d.The treatment group of 21 cases take Xiaomi Niliu Decoction（radix pseudostellariae, astragalus root each 10 g, white atractylodes rhizome, Poria cocos each 15 g, pinellia 10 g, Coptis chinensis 3 g, pollen Typhae, faeces trogopterorum,the root of red-rooted salvia each 10 g, lignum millettiae 15 g）,1 doses of each day, water fried 200 m L, sooner or later oral. One course is continuous treatment for three months.The clinical symptoms, gastric mucosa, symptom score, pathology and adverse reactions were observed.The curative effect was determined after 1 courses of treatment. [Results] There was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. The gastroscopic effect and pathological effect of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P0.05）. [Conclusion] Xiaomi Niliu decoction in the treatment of verrucosa gastritis with low grade intraepithelial neoplasia have satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing.
