益肾降压方联合西药治疗维持性血液透析高血压随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察益肾降压方联合西药治疗维持性血液透析高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组;左旋氨氯地平,5mg/次,1~2次/d。对照组28例缬沙坦,80mg/次,1~2次/d。治疗组28例益肾降压方(天麻15g,钩藤12g,石决明15g,杜仲20g,桑寄生15g,党参10g,益母草20g,夜交藤15g,丹参20g,生白术、川牛膝各15g,茯神9g),1剂/d,水煎100m L,分早晚2次温服;如血压仍>140/90mm Hg且心率>90次/min,心悸加美托洛尔12.5~25mg,1~2次/d;缬沙坦治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、ALT、CHO、TG、GLU、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效8例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率67.90%;对照组显效3例,有效6例,无效19例,总有效率47.30%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血压、TG改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益肾降压方联合西药治疗维持性血液透析高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objectives] To observe the curative effect of the combined western medicine in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis. [Methods] A randomized controlled study method, the 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the pathography method. Levyloxapine, 5 mg/time, 1~2 times/d. Control group： 28 cases of valsartan, 80 mg/second, 1~2 times/d; the treatment group had 28 cases of renal hypotensive 1/d, water frying, 100 m L, points 2 times in the morning and evening temperature is uniform;Such as blood pressure is 140/90 MMHGand heart rate90 times/min, palpitation and metoprolol 12.5~25 mg, 1~2 times/d. Valsartan treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 1 month is 1 treatment. Observe clinical symptoms, blood pressure, ALT, CHO, TG, GLU, adverse reactions, treatment 1 course, determine curative effect. [Results] The treatment group showed 8 cases, 11 cases were effective, 9 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 67.90%; the control group showed 3 cases, 6 cases were effective, 19 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 47.30%; the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）; the treatment group with blood pressure and TG was better than the control group（P0.05）. [Conclusions] The curative effect of the combined western medicine in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis, the curative effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reaction is worth promoting.
