摘要
采用有限元法分析了磁轨制动器对应不同气隙的吸力特性,将等效磁路法、有限元法的计算结果与试验结果进行了对比并分析了误差原因;计算了磁轨制动器对应不同励磁磁势时的吸力,确定了磁饱和区间,并计算了磁饱和状态时的磁感应强度分布;对两极靴之间的间隙进行了优化。
The finite element method is used to analyze suction features of the magnetic track brake corresponding to different air gaps, the calculation results with the equivalent magnetic circuit method and finite element method are compared with the test result, and the causes to the errors are analyzed; The suction forces of the magnetic track brake corresponding to different excitation magnetic potentials are calculated, the magnetic saturation interval is determined,and the magnetic induction intensity distribution in the magnetic saturation conditions is calculated. The gap between the two pole shoes is optimized.
