摘要
提出了一种DC/DC电源模块使用寿命可靠性评价方法。在高温环境下进行长期寿命试验,利用试验过程中出现的失效数及总的试验时间,通过一定置信度下的数学计算,得到加速寿命试验的失效时间。依据DC/DC电源模块激活能的工程值计算加速系数,得到该DC/DC电源模块的使用寿命。结果表明,该DC/DC电源模块的使用寿命数据与设计值(1520年)较吻合。该计算方法具有相当好的合理性。
A reliability evaluation method of operation lifetime for DC/DC power module was proposed.Through the long-time lifetime experiment under high temperature,the failure frequency and total experiment time of DC/DC power module could be obtained.The failure time of DC/DC power module in the accelerated life experiment could be further calculated under certain confidence level.The lifetime of DC/DC power module under normal operation condition had been deduced by using the accelerated factor,which was calculated based on the engineering value of active energy of the DC/DC power module.Results showed that the calculated operation lifetime of the DC/DC power module was consistent with the practical engineering lifetime of 15 to 20 years,which had validated the proposed calculation method.
