白草香解郁安神胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical study on Baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen Capsules combined with paroxetine in treatment of depression

目的探讨白草香解郁安神胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月在河北省第六人民医院治疗的抑郁症患者72例,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(36例)和治疗组(36例)。对照组口服盐酸帕罗西汀片,20 mg/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上口服白草香解郁安神胶囊,2 g/次,2次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察两组患者临床效果,对比两组患者治疗前后HAMD、PSQI和WHO QOL-BREF评分以及血清学指标。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为72.22%、91.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者HAMD评分、PSQI评分均显著降低,WHO QOL-BREF评分显著升高,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者上述评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均明显降低,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者比对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论白草香解郁安神胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症可有效提高睡眠质量和生活质量,并可降低机体炎症反应。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen Capsules combined with paroxetine in treatment of depression. Methods Patients（72 cases） with depression in Hebei Sixth People＇s Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into control（36 cases） and treatment（36 cases） groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, symptom disappearance time, hospitalization time, inflammatory indexes, and HAMD, PSQI and WHO QOL-BREF scores, and serological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 72.22% and 91.67%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the HAMD and PSQI scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but WHO QOL-BREF scores were significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group（P〈0.05）. And these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the serological indexes in the treatment group were more significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen Capsules combined with paroxetine can effectively improve sleep quality and quality of life in treatment of depression, and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
