康妇炎胶囊联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Kangfuyan Capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨康妇炎胶囊联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取西安市中心医院2016年1月—2017年5月收治的异位妊娠患者148例,随机分成对照组(74例)与治疗组(74例)。对照组组患者口服米非司酮片,50 mg/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服康妇炎胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平、症状体征缓解时间和激素水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床总有效率分别为71.62%、95.95%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7、14 d后,两组血β-HCG水平均显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组患者β-HCG水平比同期对照组患者显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者腹痛消失时间、月经恢复正常时间、血β-HCG恢复正常时间、妊娠包块吸收时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组患者血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组上述水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康妇炎胶囊联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠效果明显,可有效促进包块吸收,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Kangfuyan Capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Patients（148 cases） with ectopic pregnancy in Xi＇an Central Hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control（74 cases） and treatment（74 cases） groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mifepristone Tablets, 50 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kangfuyan Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, β-HCG levels, the remission time of symptoms and signs, and hormone levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 71.62% and 95.95%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment for 7 and 14 d, the β-HCG level in two groups was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. And the β-HCG in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the disappearance time of bellyache, time of recovery of normal menstrual and β-HCG, soak time of pregnancy bag piece in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment for 14 d, the E2, LH and FSH levels in two groups was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. And these indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsules combined with mifepristone has significant clinical effect in treatment of ectopic pregnancy, can effectively promote pregnancy mass absorption, which has a certain clinical application value.
