摘要 基于稀土Tb^(3+)优异的绿色荧光性质及多酸PMo_(12)O_(40)^(3-)可逆的变色性质设计了Tb^(3+)@PMo_(12)O_(40)^(3-)混合溶液对维生素C定量检测的紫外-可见/荧光探针.将不同浓度的维生素C加入到Tb^(3+)@PMo_(12)O_(40)^(3-)溶液中,在864nm处的吸光度随维生素C的浓度的增加呈线性降低,在546nm处的荧光强度随维生素C的浓度的增加呈对数降低;分别以864nm处的吸光度、546nm处的荧光强度的对数对维生素C的浓度做图,得到维生素C检测的线性方程,检出限分别为0.041 4,0.036 3μmol/L. The UV-vis and fluorescence sensors used for vitamin C detection were designed based on a mixture of green luminescent of rare earth Tb^3+ and reversible color-changing of PMo12O40^3-. The absorbance at 864 nm was linearly increased and the fluorescence intensity at 546 nm was gradually decreased with increasing vitamin C concentration. The linear equations were obtained by plotting the absorbance at 864 nm and the logarithm of the fluorescence intensity at 546 nm against the concentration of vitamin C. And these methods have low detection limit of 0. 041 4 μmol/L and 0. 036 3 μmol/L,respectively.
