摘要
选择3头荷斯坦奶牛,饲喂0.182mg/kg(BW)的镉21d,研究探讨了镉对奶牛血常规、尿常规、血清指标的影响.结果表明:给镉后奶牛红细胞数量(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)显著性降低(P<0.05),红细胞压积(HCT)有降低的趋势(P>0.05),平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)均无显著变化(P>0.05);尿比重(SG)和蛋白质(PRO)有增加的趋势(P>0.05),白细胞(WBC)、酮体(KET)、尿胆原(URO)、胆红素(BIL)、隐血(BLD)、葡萄糖(GLU)和亚硝酸(NIT)均为阴性;血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)有降低的趋势(P>0.05),丙二醛(MDA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)有升高的趋势(P>0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)无显著性变化(P>0.05).
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of cadmium on hematologic indexes, routine urinalysis and serum indexes of cow. Three Holstein cows received daily oral cadmium administrations at a dosage of 0. 182 mg/kg (BW) for 21 days. The results showed that.the 21th day of cadmium exposure,the values of red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), were significantly lower than those in 0 day(P〈0. 05), while the values of hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) were not significant between them(P〉0.05) ;Urine specific gravity (SG) and protein (PRO) were in ascending trend(P〉0.05), while white blood cell (WBC), ketone body (KET), urobilinogen (URO) ,bilirubin (BIL),occult blood (BLD),glucose (GLU) and nitrite (NIT) were proved negative; The values of serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) were in descending trend (P〉0. 05) ,while the values of serum malondialdehyde (MDA), serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were in ascending trend (P〉0.05) ;There were no significant changes of serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (P〉O. 05).
