用于接地开关中触头装配的拉伸试验装置设计与应用

摘要 针对某公司关键零部件接地开关中触头装配的结构和表面处理工艺,对SANS CMT5205型微机控制万能试验机进行改造升级,设计出了适用于该触头装配的拉伸试验装置。结果表明:该拉伸试验装置满足触头装配的黏接性能测试,不仅能够应用于触头装配的前期开发试验,得到极限黏接强度数据,而且在后期触头装配的例行力学性能检测试验中也得到了广泛应用;该装置满足对触头装配拉伸试验考核及质量评价的要求,扩展了试验机的使用功能。 Considering the structure and surface treatment process of the contact assemblies in earthing switches which were key parts of a company,a tensile testing device suitable for the contact assemblies was designed and developed by updating and upgrading the SANS CMT5205 microcomputer controlled universal testing machine. The results show that the tensile testing device met the requirements of bonding property test of the contact assemblies and could be applied to the pre-development test of the contact assemblies to obtain the ultimate bonding strength data. And the device was also widely used in the later routine mechanical performance test of contact assemblies. The tensile testing device met the requirements of tensile test assessment and quality evaluation of the contact assemblies,and extended the use function of the testing device.
