火力发电厂循环水补充水预处理控制系统改造探索

摘要 徐州华润电力有限公司循环水补充水预处理系统随一、二期机组同步建设投产使用。其控制系统采用模拟屏加组合仪表进行监控操作,自1996年投产使用至今。针对技术落后、缺陷频发、安全可靠性低、专业监督和管理难度大等问题,将控制系统改造为DCS系统,依托现有成熟技术,优化升级就地设备,满足远方监控要求。同时将预处理区域的生活污水处理系统和综合排水泵房系统纳入预处理DCS控制。由于预处理属于厂级公用系统,本文就公用系统的控制系统改造进行了初步探索。 The pre-treatment system of circulation water and make-up water of China Resources Power (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. was built and commissioned together with Unit 1 and Unit 2. Its control system adopts analog screen and combined instrument to monitor operation. It has been put into operation since 1996 years ago. The control system and the local equipment are technological laggard and have been operating for more than 20 years, and the defects are frequent. Low safety and reliability, it is difficulty in professional supervision and management. The pre- treatment control system is transformed with DCS, relying on the existing mature technology, optimizing and upgrading the local equipment to meet the requirements of remote monitoring. At the same time, the sewage treatment system in the pretreatment area and the comprehensive water pumping station system are incorporated into the pre-treatment DCS control. Because of the plant utility system pretreatment, this paper explores the transformation of control system of utility system.
