摘要
用迷迭香小苗枝条为外植体进行组织培养 ,用组培苗嫩梢作为插穗进行扦插育苗试验。结果表明 :芽增殖以MS +6BA0 .5mg/L +NAA0 .0 1mg/L +蔗糖 3 0 g/L培养基的增殖率达 1 .4倍 ;不定根诱导以 1 / 3MS +IBA0 .5mg/L +蔗糖 2 0 g/L的培养基效果好 ,生根率达 1 0 0 %;以组培苗嫩梢扦插 ,生根率达 98%以上。利用芽增殖培养→生根炼苗培养→移栽上盆→扦插→出圃这一流程生产苗木 ,成本低、苗木质量优、繁殖速度快 ,可在生产上推广应用。
Using the stem and shoot piece as material, the propagation technology of Rosmarinus officinalis was studied with tissue culture and shoot cutting method. The result showed that the best multiplying medium for bud is MS+6BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.01 mg/L+ cane sugar 30 g/L, which multiplication rate reaches 1.4 times. The best medium for rooting is 1/3MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+cane sugar 20 g/L with 100% rooting rate. Cutting with young shoot of tissue culture seedling, the rooting rate is over 98%. The best product process are: bud multiplying culture rooting culture transplant to pot cutting outplanting. It is economic and efficient, also can product high quality seedlings.
